Christian Meditation is a process of learning about us and our God. When we quiet or hearts down and listen to Jesus Christ, we learn what He wants of us, and what He wants is always good. Meditation brings us closer to Christ as we invite the Holy Spirit to dwell with us.

Often we have built wrong thoughts and distorted thinking into our understanding of who God is. It is His perfect will to show us where we have erred in our understanding and teach us the truth of His perfect love for us. Christian Meditation is a process of listening to his voice,
and learning who He really is. Christian Meditation is unlike other types of meditation, new age meditation or Hindu meditation because in these types of meditation there is an emphasis on looking into our own hearts and minds, this is a self-oriented type of meditation. Christian
Meditation is looking to Christ and is a God-oriented meditation.

It is safe to say that if we had the answers to the hard problems in life, we would not need to look inward in the first place. If there is a lack within us, why would we think we could find something from nothing? What we need is not within, therefore we need a source. God is the source.
Christian Meditation is the process of finding out what our Source has for us, we listen and learn, we learn and grow, we grow and improve, we improve and become whole.
